We start with an introductory call during which we cover business challenges, the current state of data systems and assets, and engagement goals. Goals can range from tightly-defined deliverables like a powerpoint showcasing model results to broader objectives, such as using data to drive more efficient business processes.
Armed with goals and a baseline knowledge of relevant systems and data sets, we compile an initial project plan including key initiatives and estimated timelines for completion.
The project plan takes a leading role in our regular check-ins. We find that weekly conversations often provide transparency and opportunities to change course without placing too much demand on our clients‘ time.
Project completion and deliverables vary by client. We ensure that our delivery is on time and on budget, sent in a format tailored to each client’s preference.
